Responsibilities:
- Share approved event updates and announcements
- Manage event-day WhatsApp and information channels
- Respond to general information queries from attendees and volunteers

- Monitor social media during event for mentions/questions
- Support live-tweeting or Instagram stories (if assigned)
Registration Volunteer

Responsibilities:
- Manage attendee check-in and registration verification
- Distribute event materials and credentials (name tags, programmes, swag)
- Direct attendees to relevant areas after check-in

Design & Creative Volunteer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support visual materials such as signage and presentations
- Assist with branding-related visuals under guidance
- Support last-minute visual adjustments
- Create event-day social media graphics
- Design simple infographics for sessions
- Ensure brand consistency across materials
Media & Content Volunteer
